Husband and wife team John and Alexis Gombos bring complementary skills and a shared purpose to the business.

• John brings a strong background in finance, operations, and project management. His experience overseeing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams ensures every renovation is completed with precision and care. His strategic and financial insight drives smart acquisitions and long-term planning for the GAD portfolio.

• Alexis has spent the last 8 years working in the real estate industry, gaining a deep understanding of what makes a property desirable and how to connect with the right tenants or buyers. In addition to handling transactions, she’s developed strong marketing skills through years of listing, selling, and promoting properties. Alexis also brings a people-first approach, with a proven track record of excellent customer service while working directly with buyers, sellers, and tenants — ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
